SHIPPING

  • We offer FREE SHIPPING on all retail orders over $100 for residents in the Continental United States.
  • Currently, we do not fulfill international orders. We apologize for any inconvenience.

PACKAGE SHOWS DELIVERED BUT DIDN’T RECEIVE?

  • Occasionally, carriers may scan packages as “DELIVERED” before actual delivery. We suggest checking with neighbors and waiting 24-48 hours for the package to arrive.
  • If the package is still not received, contact the carrier to file a claim. We are not liable for missing packages marked as “DELIVERED.” Contact the carrier for further investigation.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING POLICY

  • During the holiday season or peak periods, deliveries may take longer due to high volume. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. This delay is beyond our control and depends on the carrier’s processing volume.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • If you are not 100% SATISFIED within 7 days of delivery, we will refund your purchase if bought online through Cocoboca.com.
  • To initiate a return, email our Customer Service Satisfaction Team at info@cocoboca.com with the following information:
    • Order #
    • Date of Purchase
    • Item(s) Returning
    • Reason for Return
  • Free returns are not offered except for specific reasons provided at the time of request. Once our team confirms your return, you must email the return tracking number for a quick and effective process.
  • Due to price variances, we do not offer exchanges, only replacements for the same item.

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

  • Refunds will be returned to the card or form of payment used at the time of purchase. Refunds and exchanges are not valid on clearance items. No exceptions.
